Gus Kazek, a co-founder of of Great Lakes Quick Sale LLC, helps Northeast Ohio homeowners sell their properties quickly and hassle-free. With a background in civil engineering and degrees from John Carroll University and Case Western Reserve, Gus brings both technical expertise and a deep understanding of the local market to every deal.
Before launching GLQS, Gus worked on water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the region. His passion for real estate began after buying and renovating his first property in Cleveland’s Edgewater neighborhood—a hands-on project that ignited a passion for transforming properties. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2019, Gus has bought and sold over 300 properties.
At Great Lakes Quick Sale, Gus leads homeowner outreach, presents offers, and manages active renovation projects. Unlike many investors who wholesale properties to third-party buyers, GLQS is a true local buyer—renovating and revitalizing homes across Cleveland with care and intention.
Outside of real estate, Gus is a proud husband and father of two young boys. He enjoys running and never misses a local Cleveland sporting event.
